Santa Cruz Auto Repair

I’ve been going to Nate for years, ever since my cars warranty expired. *see note. (I have a 2003 BMW525i.) I plan to keep having my car serviced there as long as I can. They’re a well established business in the Santa Cruz area. I find them to be very honest & timely. The service is explained well & I’m told what will be on the horizon for my next service. Meg & Nate are just great, kind people. I wouldn’t think of taking my car anywhere else! *(Note: when my cars original warranty was up, I went to the dealer for the last service & they were trying to talk me into buying an extended warranty by saying that my next service out of warranty was going to be thousands of dollars. A friend referred me to Nate who told me the service would actually be a fraction of what the dealership was saying. I was sold on Nate, not an extended warranty!)

Nate’ Smith’s optimal outo care, provided me with a service in a very short notice. They were recommended from two other repairs chops. One in the Bay Area and one from Santa Barbara. I needed a pre-purchase inspection and they did more that I expected. I called them with less than 24 hours and they got the job done Thank you! Nate’s is the best car repair place around. They are ALWAYS accommodating and friendly and feel more like family. If they can save you money they will and are very genuine people. I have been very loyal to them and now my children go to them. We are a family of BMW’s and trust them with all our cars plus their service is incomparable to anyone. They will come pick my car up from work and leave me a loner to get around. The service is Exceptional!!!
