I’ve taken my 335i here twice for service; the guys are solid. Their inspection plan, the customer service, and their ability to finish the job on-time makes them as invaluable as any service shop within a BMW dealer from Stevens Creek down to Monterey. They go above and beyond with their work; my car feels brand new again. Overall five stars for thorough work, quality customer care, and their atmosphere is welcoming. I’ve taken my previous two BMWs to European Auto Performance in Cupertino since 2004; these guys are as good as my last shop. They’re my only goto in the Santa Cruz region, no one else does this level of work for their price point. 🏁
