Nates diagnosed a thermostat problem on my Mini, which required unplugging a wire that's extremely difficult to get to. The plug didn't seat correctly when they put it back together and, when I drove home, the Check Engine light came on. I dropped back the next morning and they immediately figured out the issue, fixed it, and reset the warning light. I've received nothing but excellent service from Nates over the years -- this was a good example. And I love their pups!

Meg and Nate run a very supportive and professional shop. My husband and I have driven BMW's for a very long time and take our BMW in regularly to get serviced.
