Had an unexpected problem and they got my car in quickly got it fixed right away. Great job as always!

Nates diagnosed a thermostat problem on my Mini, which required unplugging a wire that's extremely difficult to get to. The plug didn't seat correctly when they put it back together and, when I drove home, the Check Engine light came on. I dropped back the next morning and they immediately figured out the issue, fixed it, and reset the warning light. I've received nothing but excellent service from Nates over the years -- this was a good example. And I love their pups!

Meg and Nate run a very supportive and professional shop. My husband and I have driven BMW's for a very long time and take our BMW in regularly to get serviced. My son’s car needed an alternator and couldn’t run so it was left at our cabin in Aptos. I called around to our friends and they recommended Nate Smith. I called Nate Smith the next week I was up and they could get me right in… They completed the job and communicated every step with any deviation from the original estimate. They were prompt courteous. And respectful of my time I’d recommend them to anybody and everybody.
