I'm a younger guy and it's hard to find a mechanic that will take less experienced car guys seriously. Nate treats me with a respect I feel that I don't get at any other place. Not to mention the exceptional and fast service with frequent status updates. I will be taking my BMW back here.

super easy, super friendly

Nate and Meg at Optimal are so customer oriented. My wife needed a smog check which is something Optimal does not do. Optimal arranged the check, took her car to the nearby facility, made her comfortable waiting and retrieved her car all for the customary fee. GREAT PEOPLE!

I find Optimal Auto to be a dependable place to take my car for any mechanical needs my older BMW has. They are not only friendly, courteous, and efficient, but they explain the work needed as well as the work that has been done. I recommend Optimal Auto to anyone that owns a BMW and wants excellent work to be done by them.
