Wonderful staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Always find the issue and repair it for a reasonable cost (keep in mind these are BMWs!) When something goes wrong, they make sure to make it right. They even fix my mistakes when I screw up attempting to work on my car myself, without too much ribbing. Can't recommend them highly enough, Optimal Auto is great!

Nate and Meg run a great shop with the best customer service I have had for my BMW's over the past 15 years or so. They will always accommodate all requests if possible. We always have a free loaner car when doing overnight repairs. Nate will stand by his work with honorable intentions, that makes me feel respected by him and his company. I would highly recommend his company for any person with BMW repair or diagnostic needs. He even found me a refurbished radio for my 7 series that ended up costing less than $600 instead of the factory replacement of well over $2000 and it has been working great since 4 years ago!

As usual, a wonderful experience getting my car serviced. Where else can you have complete confidence in the work done on your car, as well as getting to play with two amazing Border Collies?? Nate stayed late and took extra time with me to explain the diagnostic codes displayed by my car and what I should do about them. And finally, being able to drop my car in the morning and get a ride to/from work is the icing on the cake. Wonderful people, superb service and clear technical competence!
