I’m really happy with Nate Smith Optimal Auto. If you have a BMW, you will find no better on this side of the hill, and outside of an actual dealership. There have been several times where I brought my car in, thinking that I knew what was wrong, and bracing myself for a high repair bill. After diagnosing, they told me It was something far less drastic, and far less expensive to fix. In other words, they could easily have agreed with me and charged $2k-$3k for service, but chose to be honest and only charged me $300. They also frequently tell me “this thing here is going bad but it isn’t urgent. We will look again when you are back in here to see if it needs replacing then. It’s circumstances like this they build trust, and I trust Nate Smith more than any other shop to service my BMW.
