I have been a customer since Nate was the service manager at Santa Cruz BMW, which doesn't exist anymore. That was in 1984 when I bought my very first BMW 320i. Nate is the most knowledgeable service technician I have ever met. His experience and honesty are unmatched in my experience. My son lives in San Mateo and brings his BMW 440 down to Santa Cruz after trying the expensive BMW service options in the north bay because he is confident that he receives the best service from Optimal Auto. If you have a BMW this is your shop.
