I have an older classic BMW and the folks at Nate's where very knowledgeable with the model. They were easy to communicate with (Thank you Rigo!) and timely with the work done. When they completed the work I was about to leave town and they kept it secure till I came back, no issue. In short, I find their knowledge, timeliness and flexibility in meeting my need exceptional. After writing a glowing review many years ago, I thought I'd chime in again since it's been a while. Simply put, the owners, Nate and Meg, are the best! They are warm and friendly, honest, completely trustworthy, very skillful, don't perform unnecessary jobs, solve complicated problems, and have experience and knowledge is beyond anyone else that I'm aware of. I've been a BMW customer of theirs for over 2 decades, and for the last 3 years have also been taking my wife's Lexus into them for all necessary repairs and maintenance. Their staff and business operation are superb!

What a wonderful and caring experience we had with this shop & staff after finding ourselves stranded on Hwy 1 in our BMW during our vacation. They did their best to work with my extended warranty company Maxcare, got the parts ordered and got us back on the road quickly.
