I have a BMW 550i that had a warning light come on and several problems related to that issue. Every thing about dealing with Nate's was excellent. They diagnosed and repaired my car in less than a day and their costs were very reasonable. I plan to continue to have Nate's work on my car anytime I need service in the future.

Best car service anywhere! Great staff who always get it right!

Just got my Audi's(2008) rear view mirror reattached(fall off for some reason) in Nate Smith's Optimal Auto Care. As always, high quality service with a lot of attention to the details. Probably the best german cars' service in Santa Cruz. Have been in Nate's for 20 years. Love their family-friendly atmosphere. And Gordy, the Australian shepherd always greats me with his selection of tennis balls!
