Great group of people here. They are knowledgable and straight forward. Had a slight delay on finding out what the exact issue was with my car, but was just a timing and staffing issue. They fixed it quickly and as quoted. Need more businesses like this that address the needs of your car and don't try to up-sell you on other services not needed, yet, they are cognizant of what issues you should address specific to your vehicle. Will always go here! Great service...

They are a very helpful, knowledgeable group. Great service and honest. All the things you want in a car repair business. I've had only positive experiences with them. They helped me figure out an issue/problem my car was having, even though I had to go to BMW dealer (as forced to do so due to warranty). Recent work I had done by them (instead of dealer) was quick and accurate. Highly recommend!

Once again, Nate Smith's Optimal Auto Care took great care of me. Both times something went wrong with my 2006 325, I pulled in and was taken care of right away. As busy as they always are, they were able to diagnose the problem right away, and get my repair done in a quick turn-around. It's nice knowing that I have a place in town that I can trust, and that I can just show up and still get my car repaired in a day or two.

Blake is sincere honest and makes you feel much better about what is going on, no matter what it is. Knowledgable, fair I will continue to use them for all my BMW repairs.

I found Nate's auto shop by looking at Yelp, and I have to say the experience was wonderful. The attention to detail and thoughtful conversations is refreshing. I highly recommend this shop.
