Nate picked up my call after hours and called me back so that I could have the car dropped off by the tow truck driver at night. His staff (Michael kept me appraised of their progress) did some great detective work and fixed the real source of the issue, not the computer's assessment, which saved me $$ in the long run. Great service and communication.
