Recently my 2003 MINI Cooper lost its power steering, and I took it to my favorite place, Optimal Auto. It was going to be an expensive repair. The good folks in the front office took it from there! They talked with the dealer, found this was (just barely) under warranty, had my car towed to San Jose, and when the repair was done, they drove over and got my car. And all the while, they kept me informed of their progress. This was fabulous service! They must be my personal friends, you might think. Nope. I'm just a regular customer, like anyone else. This is the way they operate. Exceptional folks providing exceptional service!
