The service completed at Optimal Auto was excellent. Everything was checked and notes were made on items to keep an eye on. I've always appreciated the quality of workmanship and assistance from staff in dealing with Optimal Auto. Good place for dependable work on my car.

Great first experience getting my car repaired at your shop. My questions were addressed and the service and communication about it along the way was top notch. My cars issues were excellently repaired, by Vince, exactly as discussed with the service advisor, Michael. Work was done as expected and delivered as promised, overall I'm very happy and would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Nate picked up my call after hours and called me back so that I could have the car dropped off by the tow truck driver at night. His staff (Michael kept me appraised of their progress) did some great detective work and fixed the real source of the issue, not the computer's assessment, which saved me $$ in the long run. Great service and communication.
